is a personnel day. Taking care of some me kinda things and a couple of hours at EE in the heat and the rest of the day with the Grand Kiddo's.
I suppose we'll spend time on the boat ,in the water and cooling off in the AC. Maybe tomorrow will be a good day to teach our dog to swim.

than,,,,,,,,I don't know what.Working on images for Valley Vision today and trying to sort out things in this space. The new computer is working better than fine and I'm waiting on the Fed-x delivery so I can do some printing.
Norm did a bunch of printing for Jim and didn't keep track of the ink and wile I have some in reserve I had no Lt. Magenta. Jim made Light of my lack of Magenta (not a play on words) but for my printing it is no laughing matter. It would be like Jim trying to paint with out brushes.... OOPS that would not be a big deal for him..
Aaaaaanyway the fed-x guy or gal (political correctness) will be here soon and the fun begins.
I'm thinking about a short bike ride this afternoon or a nap I'll let you know which wins out.

and the time fly's .I loose track of days and dates, I guess I should be thankful I have much to do. That's one of the perks of a day to day job ,,you always know what day it is and the reason is usually so you know when you can stay home or sleep late or what ever.
I never tire of looking at our back yard, provides lessons on light and color daily. So I'm going to post an image of the early morning light.
Still working on the work space and it will stay cluttered for awhile as I'm trying different positions of things so I know where to drill the holes for the cables and power cords. I have to smile a bit as I'm always watched over by Flat Seth and Flat Virgil and for those of you that are familiar with these two if you look real close at the image of the desktop you can find them in the picture.
Ok I'm super aggravated this morning as I tried to do some printing and I'm out of light magenta aggahhh. It will be better ,,I ordered ink and found free shipping today.

yesterday. The company I used to work for filed for bankruptcy and closed the doors officially on the site here in St. Louis. I company with a bad business plan, borrowed to much and for the most part rewarded bad behavior. The employees in St. Louis were loyal and lived by the Midwest work ethic as apposed to the workers on each coast.
Everyone was in pretty good spirits but it seemed odd to see these stay at home Dads pushing strollers and taking care of the kids.
The Prepress industry on a large scale has pretty much disappeared so most of these folks are in line for a profession change.

My work area is coming along and will be a work in process for a while.

Karen and I are going to the Wine,Dine & Winney this afternoon. A fund raiser for EE. I'm bringing a electronic slide show that I'll have running on a 19 inch LCD from my laptop,,should be good fun.

I'll try and post an image or two this weekend until than everyone be careful out their and have
