everyone. I'm going to try and catch up in the next few days so stay with me. The tree was beautiful this year as usual thanks to Karen's loving care and I start these catch up posts with an Image of our mantle decoration as well as a shot of the tree. Lots of pictures still to come,,The Family shot,,Jim in his snuggie,grand kids in same and of course the New Years tree.

I said I was going to bring this space up to date but I got off topic. I've said before that I was going to have some me time and put my camera down and just take a breath ,,,,,,well I did that kinda and spent some time working on things for me and working here around the house doing somethings that require little thinking and lots of labor. I'm not ging into great detail at the moment and "that's all I have to say about that".
Took a picture today of the changes here this time of year. The cover image of this web page is of the back yard here and the images I'm posting today is the change from green to yelo. On th right side of the image is shag a large Shag Bark Hickory that I like because ,,,,,,,,well I just like it for the texture


I hope I can get motivated to bring happenings up to date along with images but till I do this will have to do.

Lake Sherwood to NC to Lake Sherwood to Dallas for Jim's birthday and visit and back to Lake Sherwood to Washington for Nathans Birthday. Now we rest a bit and rake leave's and post pictures. I'll start sorting tomorrow and try and bring this space up to date. Until than Happy Birthday to my grandson, he is quite the young man and I love he and his sister more than can be expressed in words. Its fun watching them grow and change.
