don't have much to add to this space today or actually lately and the only reason I add to it now is to prove that I'm still alive. I few folks who check out this space do it to check if I'm still breathing so yes I'm still breathing.
I've finished another batch of scans for V/V and will try and deliver them this afternoon. 110 images a mixture of scans resizing ,color correction and retouching. The newer and faster computer makes the task a bit less of a pain but keeping them straight and deciding which to change and how all on the fly is a bit of a hoot. I have to use my judgment as to what to change and how.
Lunch today with Dave before I make the trip to Valley Vision.
Fireworks this week. We're having our big display on the third instead of the 4th because of scheduling the pyrotechnic wizards. On the forth we're going to a tea party on the river front in Washington. I'm not sure what to expect but we're going to stop by none the less.
I've started to go through some old B/W negs that I've had stored and found a treasure of images no one has seen. I used to have my own darkroom and would develop my images and print later. In some cases later never came so I'm doing some tests on the scans and will try and digitize or at least start the process and see what's there.

is a personnel day. Taking care of some me kinda things and a couple of hours at EE in the heat and the rest of the day with the Grand Kiddo's.
I suppose we'll spend time on the boat ,in the water and cooling off in the AC. Maybe tomorrow will be a good day to teach our dog to swim.

than,,,,,,,,I don't know what.Working on images for Valley Vision today and trying to sort out things in this space. The new computer is working better than fine and I'm waiting on the Fed-x delivery so I can do some printing.
Norm did a bunch of printing for Jim and didn't keep track of the ink and wile I have some in reserve I had no Lt. Magenta. Jim made Light of my lack of Magenta (not a play on words) but for my printing it is no laughing matter. It would be like Jim trying to paint with out brushes.... OOPS that would not be a big deal for him..
Aaaaaanyway the fed-x guy or gal (political correctness) will be here soon and the fun begins.
I'm thinking about a short bike ride this afternoon or a nap I'll let you know which wins out.

and the time fly's .I loose track of days and dates, I guess I should be thankful I have much to do. That's one of the perks of a day to day job ,,you always know what day it is and the reason is usually so you know when you can stay home or sleep late or what ever.
I never tire of looking at our back yard, provides lessons on light and color daily. So I'm going to post an image of the early morning light.
Still working on the work space and it will stay cluttered for awhile as I'm trying different positions of things so I know where to drill the holes for the cables and power cords. I have to smile a bit as I'm always watched over by Flat Seth and Flat Virgil and for those of you that are familiar with these two if you look real close at the image of the desktop you can find them in the picture.
Ok I'm super aggravated this morning as I tried to do some printing and I'm out of light magenta aggahhh. It will be better ,,I ordered ink and found free shipping today.
