These things will ferment in a few days and the squirrels in this neighborhood will be staggering. In the center of this image is a rose I suppose its plastic and blew in off a plastic flower someplace but it does offer a interesting contrast.
Its been a busy week and I managed to finish all my started projects. I have to pick up my truck yet today, the transmission failed. No problem though I petitioned the government and their going to give me a buyout.
I have a question for all the folks out there that are smarter than me (that's allot). If the value of my house has decreased how come my assessment on that house hasn't gone down. Looks like I'm going to have to petition the government again, maybe I can get a bonus since I'm retired.

Going to deliver nearly 100 scans to Katie at Valley Vision Monday and this will probably finish this project.
I've got allot of things i would like to put in this space about whats happening everywhere but at least for the moment I'm biting my lip.

Thank you for your sacrifice. Your sacrifice and that of your love ones can't be described in simple terms. I wish everyone would recognize this extreme sacrifice to help preserve the freedoms that we all pretty much take for granted.

President Obama. I don't think it comes as a surprise to anyone as to the results of the election. I am proud today to be an American but I was proud yesterday as well and the day before that and so on.
A big thank you to the current President for keeping me and my love ones safe.
Yesterday while taking pictures of the changes at the creek I've adopted I saw something I have never seen in the wild. Four Otters swimming and playing and feeding. They came up to the bridge I was standing on and turned around and went back down stream. I was able to capture a few images while I was busy dropping my lens hood into the stream and I'll share one now. (no I didn't get my lens hood back)

Biscuits and gravy this morning and computer work the rest of the day.
